Instinctively Her’s Foundation (IHF) began with a simple belief: when a girl is educated, when a woman is empowered and when a voice is heard, an entire generation rises.
Who we are
IHF is a registered non-profit, non-political organisation, incorporated on 2 December 2024 and headquartered in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. We empower girls, women and youth through education, leadership and climate-smart initiatives.
What we work on
- Education and skills training in practical, digital and climate-smart skills.
- Women’s climate leadership, so more women shape climate policy and solutions.
- Youth empowerment for a new generation of innovative, skilled leaders.
- Community engagement and partnerships that scale what works.
Our first year
In 2025 we trained more than 250 youths at the NDDC International Youth Day Celebration in Rivers State and empowered 200 women through our International Women’s Day programme. These are only the first steps.
