In August 2025, Instinctively Her’s Foundation joined the NDDC International Youth Day Celebration 2025 in Rivers State and trained more than 250 young people in skills for the future.
Our goal was to equip youths across Rivers State for future-focused employment and innovation. Participants worked through three tracks designed around the jobs and opportunities that are growing in the Niger Delta.
What we taught
- Digital literacy: practical computer and online skills for work and study.
- Entrepreneurship: turning ideas into small businesses that can grow.
- Climate-smart skills: knowledge for green and climate-resilient livelihoods.
Working with partners
The programme is part of IHF’s partnership with the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) and local community groups. Together we scale programmes that put inclusion, innovation and empowerment first.
What’s next
We want to reach even more young people across the Niger Delta. Volunteer, partner or donate to help us train the next group.
