About Us

Instinctively Her’s Foundation is a non-profit, non-political organization dedicated to the empowerment of girls, youth and women across Nigeria. Our mission is rooted in the belief that when women and youths are equipped with knowledge, skills, and opportunity, they don’t just change their own lives—they uplift entire communities.

We provide transformative programs in education, skills training, and climate-focused leadership amongst others, creating pathways for our target audience to lead with confidence and purpose. Through mentorship, capacity-building workshops, and access to critical resources, we work to dismantle cycles of poverty and inequality while amplifying all voices in traditionally underrepresented spaces.

Our approach is not only gender-responsive, while recognizing that women are not only disproportionately affected by climate change—but are also among the most powerful agents of climate resilience and sustainable development. That’s why we are building a new generation of climate-literate, purpose-driven leaders who are shaping a more equitable and sustainable future.
